Simple tips for you to enjoy brisk walking

Walk_dogBrisk walk exercise benefited your health better than any other exercise. In fact, even a small moment of walking could create an impact to your body’s health. However, most us have no time to do the brisk walk. But good news, that 30 minutes you are required to walk could be done by instalment. You can walk 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon, and 10 minutes in the evening. Here are some tips for you enjoy brisk walking everyday.

  1. Walk with your pet. There is no enough joy to your dog if you will pick his leash and enjoy walking with him. I know your dog is bored the whole day staying at home or in his cage. You will also get the joy seeing your pet wagging his tail while you walk with him in about 30 minutes every single day.
  2. Do the window shopping. If you have no pet, you may enjoy walking in the mall looking your favorite shoes or dress, or maybe while waiting for your salary during the end of the month, you can do the sight seeing so that by the end of the month you will return and buy the same. Walking in the mall is every enjoyable, however, be careful walking at the food section you might be tempted to eat that may cause you to get fat instead.
  3. Take the stairs instead of elevators. You can also take a walk for a while if you take the stairs instead of elevators. I know you better wait for the elevator than walking the stairs, however, you can do the walk even for just 5 minutes so that your 30 minute walk would be deducted for a better health.
  4. Park a little bit far from the Office. You can also park your car a little bit far from your office so that you will be forced to walk. Besides, it will be doubled because you need to go back to the parking during the time to go home.
  5. Get a public transport. Unless, your office and your home is very near the bus stop this tip will not work. Usually, most of us are working far away from the bus stop so you really need to walk for home and for office. And surely, you will save your gas.

There are still a lot of things to do to consume the requirement of brisk walking everyday. It is up to us to be creative just to enjoy ourselves for a better healthy living. I hope this will give you an idea to do one of those enumerated and enjoy the brisk walk.
